The use of natural light, energy efficiency, surface diversity, security and systems modularity were the main themes of this design, winner of the Parque Científico de Madrid competition.
Biotechnology, nanotechnology, clean and pilot rooms requirements were taken into account in the design of the different spaces of the building.
