A 510 housing project was designed in the south of the city. Located in an area dominated by isolated blocks of buildings and pieces of land occupied with pre-existing developments. The new buildings, formed by groups of blocks, organize public and private spaces and integrate them with pre-existing schools and churches.
The volumes arrangement concentrates the buildings and optimizes the sun exposure and the protection of pedestrian spaces. Low maintenance and irrigation species were used in all the of public spaces and green areas.
